DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam I-City launched in August 2022. It was graced by 400 guests including the Sultan of Selangor, His Royal Highness, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj, together with Her Royal Highness, Tengku Permaisuri of Selangor, Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin, who officiated the ceremony in the presence of Tengku Panglima Raja Selangor, Tengku Ahmad Shah Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Dato’ Menteri besar of Selangor, Dato’ Seri Amirudin Bin Shari, as well as Dato’ Zamani Ahmad Mansor, the mayor of Shah Alam.
Grand Launch: Managing all protocols effectively, and ensure maximum event coverage, leveraging the high profile guests to get mass media coverage. We recommended less use of influencers during the grand launch as the highlight would be the Royal guests.
Thought leadership public relations campaign ideation and launch: Creation of ‘Hilton MICE Sustainability Series’. The first event served as the launch and first edition of the series with the focus on food sustainability. Influencer Partner Events: Going beyond just a transactional one-off influencer engagement, Suppagood carefully selected influencers with ties to the area and were at a stage where they needed a venue to engage with their audiences, therefore infusing the property into their narrative easily, while supporting an actual use case.
Media Outreach : Targeted all mediums including print, broadcast and online media locally and sent out key messages to introduce the brand, dobiQueen to different segments utilising a variety of activations.
