Hilton Leads the Way in Infusing Wellness into MICE Events

Objectives:
  1. Build awareness of the HILTON MICE* SUSTAINABILITY SERIES (conceptualised and launched by Suppagood the quarter before) utilising the ‘wellness’ angle. 
  2. Reinforce Hilton as a great hotel partner by showcasing how clients can integrate wellness into their events  through multiple touch points in their guest journey.
  3. Curate the experience above for both professional conference organisers as well as the media.

  4. To continue fostering the relationship built between Hilton, the local Media and target audiences.

  5. To highlight one of Hilton’s largest properties in Malaysia: DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside.

The Strategy:

Thought Leadership: Leveraging global data, we centred the messaging around the fact that individuals around the world have shifted their focus towards their personal health and wellbeing. Through this showcase, Hilton is able to highlight how their properties and personnel can accommodate events that require infusing wellness aspects into their MICE events seamlessly.

360 Experience: The showcase featured a thoughtfully curated selection of workshops focused on the “body, mind, and spirit”. Attendees were able to indulge in everything from healthy food choices to breathwork and in-room experiences. 

Media Outreach : MICE and business related media were invited to participate in the 2D1N event, Suppagood was on hand to host both media and guests every step of the way.
